Sales and Marketing Manager for Busy Hotel Suffolk £22,000

This superbly located Hotel is seeking to appoint an ambitious person for the role of Sales and Marketing Manager
Your role will be to utilise a selection of sales and marketing tools and methods in order to sell the facilities of this hotel to all types of clients in particular the corporate/ business market.
As well as sales of hotel rooms the Establishment has several conference / banqueting rooms seeking out new business and developing existing customers to increase sales and awareness levels.
As Sales and Marketing Manager you will be required to develop the sales function ensuring that it is focused on delivering results and achieving budgets within all areas of the establishment.
You will be representing the establishment to new potential clients with both in house and possible client’s appointments.
Skills for this Sales Manager role include-
A proven track record in Hotel sales.
The Ability to achieve results in Hotel / Hospitality and the Travel/Third Party sector.
Able to Manage working towards Sales Targets .
Good Business and Commercial awareness.
Determination and enthusiasm.
Outgoing and confident.
Strong presentation skills and high levels of presentation
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Excellent team player
