This Assistant Manager role will require a person with high standards, ideally experience in Hotels (but not essential) and real genuine enthusiasm of their profession. You must have the skill to direct and control others and be able to make day to day decisions.
The establishment recently refurbed is part of a small quality group, which offers the best food and service around. The company is big on real food and drink and needs a person with a yes attitude not the usual pen pusher.
