Professional Management Couple needed to run our clients well-renowned, financially secure food led pub in Norfolk. A compact 1-bed apartment can be supplied free of charge with only council tax to pay!
The correct Management Couple will be given a free reign to run the popular dining venue and must have previous experience of staff Management, P&L, G.P’s, menu development and all relevant paper work behind the scenes when running a successful business.
The ideal Management Couple will have within it an individual with Kitchen Management experience and the ability to Manage the team externally ensuring targets are met and standards maintained.
Also we require a strong Front of House Manager with great interpersonal skills between customers and staff. You should have a history or working in a quality environment leading by example out front and ensuring the venue is running smoothly behind the scenes.
Both candidates must be highly motivated and experienced with strong abilities in organisation and people Management.
