This is worth considering a move to Oxfordshire, a busy operation with a seriously decent company who will push you forward and let you progress. Our client is the owner of a village based Gastro Pub which as built its reputation on serving good seasonal food in a relaxed atmosphere.
We are seeking an highly skilled Head Chef who knows there stuff, loves creating dishes using fresh seasonal produce, cares about where their food comes from, wants to train lower grades and generally gets a kick out of running a busy kitchen for a forward and financially secure company.
If must be able to get your head around numbers this is not a Head Chef vacancy that’s lets you do a few covers a night its busy but you have a team of 6 to assist. You should have the ability and experience to run and control a busy kitchen, be able to lead from the front and be able to cope under pressure.
