Head Chef - 2AA rosettes - Suffolk Coast - £29,000-£32,000 + Subsidised terraced cottage.

Our retained client is currently looking to recruit a Head Chef with rosette experience for their classic Country House style hotel.

As Head Chef you will need to have previous experience within rosette establishments and preferably at a two rosette level. You will be need to be able to lead and develop your team in maintaining and developing the high standard of service already in place.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a wonderful privately owned property where the owners are passionate about the service the hotel provides and they give you the backing and support needed to make this happen. You will be working within a well equipped and well maintained kitchen.

This is an extremely busy operation and you will need to have a calm and proactive approach in the kitchen. You will need to be able to deal with the pressure of a busy and fast paced service.
