




Head Chef – Self-sufficient Restaurant – Suffolk - £25,000

Our retained client is striving towards having a self-sufficient restaurant and is seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to assist in making this dream happen.
The owners of this fantastic operation have invested a lot of time and money in to their country Inn creating two acres of land, along with large green houses, where the kitchen can grow and prepare all of their own vegetables and salads. The self-sufficiency of food is definitely a theme that they are looking to push forward and develop.
The successful Head Chef will need to be passionate in working with some of the freshest ingredients that you can get. You will need to have experience and knowledge of seasons, what produce is available and can be grown, and be able to create top quality, mouth-watering dishes to accompany this.
You will ideally come from and have experience at a rosetted level as this is also an area in which they are looking to develop the country inn, hopefully to a one/two rosette level.
As Head Chef you will have complete control of the kitchen and will be reporting directly to the owners of this amazing 50-60 cover restaurant with rooms.
