This General Managers position is in a successful privately owned Gastro pub that is producing high quality, seasonal fresh food located just outside Cambridgeshire. Our long-standing client is looking for a General Manager to over see the whole operation including GP, P and L, staff, front of house and kitchen so experience in a similar role is essential.
If you have run your own establishment before then this would be a massive opportunity to join an operation that has a great name in the area for it food and hospitality without the trouble of worrying about turnover as the owners deal with that side of the business.
