Head Chef – Norfolk – Boutique Hotel - £30,000

Our retained client are looking to recruit a Head Chef for this amazing property in Norfolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become Head Chef of a unique venue with many amazing food outlets.

As Head Chef you will be required to manage, oversee and lead a brigade of 13 in all food produced within the hotel, restaurant, café and deli.

Establishment details:

20 bedrooms,
Busy and vibrant restaurant,
Café and Deli serving amazing freshly prepared products,
Brigade of 13 Chefs and Kitchen Assistants,
Turnover in excess of £50k a week,
Modern kitchen.


Head Chef attributes needed:

A passion for fresh, local, seasonal produce,
A solid and traceable career history within first class establishments,
Strong leadership skills,
Experience with high volume of covers,
Excellent customer focus,
Ability to train and develop brigade,
Ability to co-ordinate multiple kitchens and teams.
