RESPONSIBILITIES AND DEMANDS OF POSITION
The £28,000 package for this Sous Chef position is well above the normal salary amount for in the area simply because our client demands a lot from the Sous Chef. This would include controlling a brigade of 6 chefs who cater for up to 500 covers a day to a 1 / 2 Rosette standard, working closely with the Head Chef in regards to menu planning, ordering etc and of coarse relatively long hours.

Even though there isn’t any live in accommodation with this position, because this hotel is so close to Ipswich renting a house or flat is cheap from about £375.00 a month for a one bed place and £425.00 for two bed.
