Assistant Manager – Restaurant – nr Southwold - £21,000 – Unique Venue

We are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Manager for this fantastic venue on the Suffolk Coast.
This type of opportunity does not come around too often. With this Assistant Manager position you have the chance to join one of the regions most popular and well-known destination places to dine.
As Assistant Manager you will:
- Have experience with a busy, slick, vibrant and funky operation.
- Have a good knowledge of wines and local produce.
- Have first class customer care and service skills.
- Have the ability to run the establishment on the Managers day off.
- Be organised and methodical with a hands on approach and a can-do attitude.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be able to lead train and develop all members of the team.
- Have a confident and articulate manner.
- Be well presented and self disciplined.
- Have at least one to two years experience at a similar level and type of operation.

- Vibrant and busy establishment serving up to 400 covers a day in peak periods.
