Sous Chef – 4 Star Hotel – Near Reading - £22,000 + Live In

Our client, who operates a Luxury 4 Star Hotel near Reading, is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to strengthen their brigade.
Job specification for Sous Chef position:
Four Star Hotel.
100+ Bedrooms.
Fine dining One Rosette Restaurant.
Busy Brasserie.
Functions catered for up to 250 covers.
Brigade of 7.
45 hour working week.
Live in available.
As Sous Chef you will:
Have previous experience within a 4 Star property.
Need to be organised and methodical in your attitude to work.
Have a strong Restaurant and Function background.
Have worked within first class establishments with some Rosette experience.
Be able to train and develop junior members of the team.
Have a hands on and proactive approach.
Have high standards and will always strive for excellence.

This is a very busy property so you will need to be confident and passionate and have the ability to hit the ground running.
