Sous Chefs – Gastro Pub Group – Norfolk - £21,000-£23,000

Our established and well renowned client is looking to appoint talented and passionate Sous Chefs throughout their group of gastro pubs in Norfolk.

The Venues
These establishments are award winning gastro pubs that pride themselves on fresh, locally sourced and seasonal produce served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All venues are operating to a minimum of one rosette and catering for around 100 to 150 covers a day.

The Sous Chef candidates
The Sous Chefs we are looking for must have a fresh food background with at least a year in a similar size and style of establishment. It is also vital that the correct Sous Chef candidate has good management skills and legislation knowledge in order to keep the efficiency of the kitchen to a maximum in the Head Chef’s absence. You will need to be calm under pressure and have excellent standards.
