Our extremely well known client who is famous for their fantastic 2 rosette standard food and high quality hospitality is looking for a new Head Chef to push the establishment forward to further rosettes and possible Michelin stars.
The head chef applicant must have a least two years experience of working to a 2 rosette standard of food and have plenty of drive, ambition and passion to achieve further awards.
OUR CLIENTS MUST HAVES FROM THE CANDITDATE
- 2 years experience as a Head Chef
- 2 Rosette experience
- Good managerial skills
- Forward thinking
- An understanding of GP, P and L, Costing
- Aspirations of more Rosettes ad Michelin stars
- Good stable past employment
