Natural Team Leader

Excellent Kitchen Manager

Ability to progress food

Good Menu Planner

Sound Background with previous Experience at this size and level

Hands on individual who leads from the stoves not the office

Critical eye for detail

Ability to communicate successfully with Senior Management

All round experience

Ability to cope with large numbers (2000-3000 per week)
