Food and Beverage Manager Country Club Live in possible

Having just filled a similar vacancy we have another retained client wishing to employ an experienced, well-balanced and ambitious person for the role of Food and Beverage Manager.
This Country Club as a super 18 hole golf course, a super blend of apartments and holiday homes, a colonial style clubhouse and a busy bar. We are talking 4 star standard, sitting within a rather special coast village.
The Food and Beverage vacancy requires a person who will add stability, control the business department with a hands on style and more importantly a person who can communicate well with other departments and Senior Management.
This is not a seasonal position however due to the location of the Establishment its enjoys a brisker trade during the Spring and Summer months. It is envisaged that you will already have several years’ experience with the 3 and 4 star sector, be able to management a team well and also fully understand guest’s requirements.
This Food and Beverage vacancy would not suit a “ sit behind a desk” person. You will need to be active within your department and lead from the front.
The Position benefits from fairly priced live in accommodation if required and the rare chance to join a privately owned Country Club.
