Fantastic opportunity to work within this well established Group on the Suffolk Coast. Assisting the F & B Manager you will be the front person on all the functions, ranging from conferences and seminars, private parties to weddings. We are looking for a customer focused individual with experience in a similar operation, this is a great opportunity to become a pivotal member of the team. You will be smart, professional, consistent and enjoy getting to know regulars, members and clientele on a first name basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising functions, training staff, effectively communicating with both front & back of house and being a real hands on team player.
