Experienced F&B professional required running the restaurant and bar in this exciting development in Suffolk. We’re seeking someone with plenty of personality and style, who is standards driven and committed to providing exceptional levels of customer service.
Skills required
Good communication, organisation and delegation skills
Financially aware, including meeting budgets and controlling staff costs
Strong on staff training, motivation and leadership
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Customer focussed
To contribute to weekly operations meetings
Experience required.
Previous restaurant management experience – preferably in a hotel
Rosette experience essential
Experience at running weddings and functions preferred
Liasing with C&B team to ensure smooth running of small functions
