A unique property that oozes potential and character with room for development and growth. The country pub will want to gain the reputation of using only fresh, local and seasonal produce whilst being a popular spot for eating and staying.
For the opportunity to have the chance to work with new owners in maintaining and driving the company forward, to work in a stunning country pub with country house style rooms, the ideal Head Chef will need to be:
Working with only fresh and local produce
Forward thinking
Have good menu planning skills
Confident
Able to make prepare home cooked food for the restaurant and bar
A good leader and team player
Cost effective
Cope well under pressure
