New Opening Village Inn- Couple Required- Norfolk £34-40000

I met this client last week and what a wonderful guy. We have now been retained to find him a Couple – One Head Chef – One Front of House. This historic Inn is nestled within a delightful Norfolk village and reopens very soon. My client has decided to go with a traditional approach, we are talking Country Prints, Victorian Furniture and plenty of Country bygones, a refreshing change to the popular Gastro Pubs set up.
When I visited the client I could see that the place possessed bags of charm, be it hidden by layers of dust, a pack full of builders and electricians. The original beams, lathe and plaster walls and real history make it special.
The operation once completed will have a cosy pleasantly lit bar, a 50-cover restaurant and five letting bedrooms.
My client is an experienced businessman and the refurbishment will be done professionally from top to toe.
With the opening of this new venture it’s vital that the Management team is spot on. That’s why he called us to work on his behalf and find a remarkable couple. We need a Head Chef who feet are on the ground and who can cook to one rosette standard using only the best local ingredients and a Front of House person who is charming, loves taking to customers and knows their onions.
Overall it’s really is a super chance to work for a great guy and hopefully create a great reputation.
