Function Chef, modern & upmarket client, £20 000, Essex

Clear Selection have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef to join a well respected hotel and restaurant group with three prestigious sites in East Anglia. Situated on the Essex/ Suffolk border; our client who invests time, money and training into their staff are looking for a talented individual.
The company retains staff; therefore the position has opened due to internal movement.
The candidate must possess 2-rosette experience, you will need to be forward thinking with the ability to work closely within a talented brigade. You will be delivering first class fresh and local food.
Experience in volume catering for functions including weddings is preferential.
This is a great position within a modern and upmarket group with an affluent clientele.
Skills/attributes
Experience in outside catering, such as weddings, cocktail parties
Be a well rounded team player
Customer orientated
Consistent background
Good technical ability
Rosette experience
