Senior Sous Chef, modern & upmarket client, £25-28 000, Essex

Clear Selection have a fantastic opportunity for a current Sous Chef to take the next step up. Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work in this renowned 2-rosette establishment situated on the Suffolk/Essex border.
The position will be Sous Chef level for 1 year progressing into the Head Chef role of this fine dinning restaurant with a brigade 9.
The company retains staff and the position has opened due to internal movement between the four sites the company currently operates.
Candidate must possess 2-rosette experience, you must be forward thinking and have the ability to work closely with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager of the group.
This is a high level role, if you have the right skills, are a team player but can manage, motivate and guide a team then this could be a position for you.
