We currently have a client looking for a Sous chef who is experienced in working in a rosette kitchen that prides its self on a quality service, fantastic hospitality in a beautiful coastal location.
As Sous chef you will have the opportunity of working in a spacious modern kitchen under a Head chef that wants to achieve further accolades.
Our client has a Sous Chef Position available in its stylish hotel boasting 2AA Rosettes. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in compiling exciting menus, stock control and help in the managing of the brigade of Chefs.
