Wonderful Opportunity to join my client in the opening of a rather special Bakery within an Italian market town. This very rare chance will need a true enthusiast, a highly skilled Pastry Chef who loves to create.
Ok you will have to relocate to a classic Italian Market Town be I am sure that would not need much persuading, great weather, great seasonal fruits and great scenery.
After years of touring the world and living in Italy my client as made the decision after very careful planning to create a unique Boutique Bakery within a pretty town sitting in the Umbra region. This establishment will be a brand new start up and will be seeking to create an exciting blend of modern and traditional pastries and breads.
My client is seeking to appoint a Pastry Chef who lives of their work. A genuine enthusiast who is ready to make their mark and build a splendid reputation. You will be a person with a high quality background, someone who is able to explore new methods but as a background built from classic methods.
