This Senior Sous Chef role will required a true professional, a person with 1st rate all-round kitchen experience, a person who knows what standards are all about. Your ability to lead and motivate your kitchen team will be pivotal in reaching the very high standards set by my experienced client.
We would envisage that you will already be a Sous Chef within a similar establishment and be seeking a true long-term appointment that will develop into a Head Chef role.
