Our Client is an artisan Boutique Bakery in the stunning Umbria region of Italy where they pride themselves in using high quality ingredients with a dedicated strong emphasis on organic wherever possible.
Situated in the historic centre of a beautiful Umbrian town close to Perugia in central Italy We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pastry Chef with good experience of sourdough, viennoiserie, hand moulding and oven work who is looking for a new challenge within a promising and progressive operation.
This once in a lifetime Pastry Chef position is offering a fantastic salary of £30000 and a chance to really put your mark in such a stunning and breathtaking location. With great accommodation widely available at £350 - £400 per month this is a superb opportunity to progress your career in a foodie heaven and give yourself a great quality of life!
The ideal Pastry Chef candidate will have a background in multi Rosette and Michelin Star operations and now looking for a challenging career whilst maintaining a good quality of life. Good management and organisational skills are essential, as are creativity, drive and a sense of adventure.
