Jnr Sous Live In Essex up to £19000 plus tips

Working with a retained client in the Essex area this is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous to join this strong team and further their career in a renown gastro pub, working within a stable environment producing high quality fresh dishes.
Ultimately the Head Chef is looking for an individual with a passion for fresh food and individual who is looking for a busy kitchen who has a continued desire to learn and produce good quality rosette standard food.
You will already have experience in a busy gastro pub environment, you will be a real team player and have the ability to teach, guide, control younger members of the team in a friendly yet effective manner, you will also be willing to continue learning and be guided by the Head and Sous in the team.
You will be fully supported in this role, with some great assistance from chefs who have been within the business for a number of years and worked their way up.

Split shifts – Live in (Sunday straight shift with Sunday nights off)
5/7 Days
Brigade of 5
Covers 500 plus in busier months
Rosette standard gastro pub food
Share of tips (Additional £3000k PA)
Must be positive and career minded
