My client is eager to interview General Manager candidates with a mixed background of Hotel, Contract and Hospitality experience. We would envisage that you are already in a senior post and must be able to demonstrate first class management skills be it in a relaxed manner.
This high quality Multi- site offers guests a relaxed service whether it is a light lunch or a high-end function.
You will need to possess the following for this important General Manager role
A successful and achieve driven background
Superb Management Skills
The ability to train lower grades and Supervisors
A relaxed approach to motivation
A good mix of experience
The ability to liase well with other departments
The ability to oversee and control a high quality Multi- Site
First class office skills
Happy to be both office and floor based
Considerable Food and Beverage knowledge
