Ambitious couple to assist new owners in small village Hotel £30000 live in

My clients are on the verge of purchasing a delightful village located Hotel and Restaurant and are eager to find a couple who can continue to run its 10 bedrooms, bar and brasserie. With a view to setting out plans for the future, so an exciting prospect.
The operation set within an Essex village with its 10 individually styled bedrooms, relaxing bar and 40 brasseire as bags of potential and we are sure the right couple will make it a great success.
My client wishes to find a couple, one to control the front of house and the other to create great fresh food. This position will need a hands on approach and you will be working with the minimum of staff so “a will do” attitude is vital. You will be given full responsibility by my client and set about improving and creating new business once the initial settling in period is over.
We envisage that you will have some previous experience, be able to show a high level of skills, knowledge and be ready for a challenge. This vacancy is for a couple only so please ensure that all applications have the necessary details of both candidates.
