This is going to be the one that everyone wants to eat at. New opening in July and my retained client want a truly great all round Head Chef to lead a kitchen brigade of 7. More importantly we are talking about a small company, this will be their 4th venture and all are different all superb all individual.
So let’s set the scene –
A brand new kitchen able to serve 200 covers.
A modern designed stylish eating area.

A fantastic atmosphere that will please all types
A modern blend of dishes using only the best ingredients
This new opening will require a Head Chef with experience of quality and quantity. You will have full autonomy in the kitchen and be required to guide your team creating an exciting blend of seasonal dishes. My clients will need to see a track record that display’s you are able to manage a team and also produce a sensible profit.
My clients would love the food to be a collection of different types mixing numerous methods to produce a varied and exciting menu for guests
You could have expedience of a top end brand or maybe running the kitchen of a first rate Gastro Pub either way you will need to step up to the mark.
