The Manager will need to be:
A true leader, who is firm, fair and approachable
A personable Manager who is confident and upbeat
Be able to liase with the kitchen as well as FOH
Impeccable customer care
Have a consistent background working in quality establishments
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
