My client requires the following skills and attributes
Several years similar experience
Full knowledge of running a successful kitchen
A business approach to your work
Good knowledge of front of house
Superior food and ingredient knowledge
A sharp eye for detail
An outgoing personality
The ability to liaise with Senior Management
