My client seeks a calm and multi-talented Head Chef to lead and motivate the team in this successful kitchen. Here you will cater for not only the award winning fine dining restaurant, with its proud one rosette, but also for the more laid back and wholesome pallet. Mixture of business ranging from exclusive weddings, private parties and conferences.
The ideal Head Chef:
Passionate about cooking with fresh local produce
Have a consistent background
Rosette experience not essential but preferred
Calm and collected
Good C&B experience
Able to manage, delegate and lead a small team
May be suitable for a Sous Chef looking for their next role as Head Chef
