Head Receptionist Cambridge Hotel £17,000-£19,000

Clear Selection are working with a retained client to source an experienced Head Receptionist for a property on the outskirts of Cambridgeshire.
Working within a similar background you will have the knowledge and understanding of how hotels operate. This award winning medium sized hotel set in stunning grounds entertains both private and corporate guests. With extensive function facilities we need a smart, professional individual who is happy to oversee a team of receptionists and provide exceptional customer focus.
Your role will include liasing with department heads and ensuring prolific teamwork 100% of the time. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the reception team. Ideally with knowledge of different hotel booking systems you will be able to implement new ideas, streamline systems and ensure that all the staff are aware of the importance of customer service 100% of the time.
Candidates must have previous experience of working within a Hotel environment and have an excellent record within customer service and as Head Receptionist to inspire their team.
Shifts will be lates & earlies, 5 /7 days, meals on duty / staff discount off leisure membership Accommodation maybe available – please enquire.
