My client has recently purchased a superb village located Restaurant with rooms and also has access to a stunning manor house and its gardens. They are seeking to make the establishment one of the best in the area, create stunning food and offer something unique.
You will need to show 110% commitment, a true passion for cooking and fresh produce and be seeking to fully indulge yourself into this very exciting prospect.
We would envisage that you are currently in a senior post within a very good kitchen already, have superb culinary skills, possess first rate kitchen management ability, be able fully interact with suppliers and local suppliers and have the confidence to deliver what is required.
Many client is happy to offer temporary accommodation which would be a delightful barn conversation whilst you find appropriate housing.
Overall this Head Chef role offer great potential, an exciting rare chance to join a private establishment with vision to create something very individual.
