Clear Selection is pleased to offer this exciting Operations Manager wanted for a busy and well-located commercial Hotel close to the Suffolk/Essex border.
This large popular hotel boasts vast and strong Conference and Banqueting facilities and suites and is a very popular choice for weddings and events. They are eagerly looking to recruit an equally strong and experienced Operations Manager to join their management team and assist in the operation of this popular and exciting luxury operation.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing and managing the day to day running of this popular operation, from managing staff to monitoring P+L and GP and really become a strong and approachable personality within this promising hotel.
The ideal Operations Manager will be approachable, driven and enthusiastic about great customer service, ideally from a Conference and Banqueting background.
Previous experience in a similar role at three star level.
Solid background in functions and banqueting.
The ability to train and develop all team members.
Strong knowledge of all Front Office procedures.
Knowledge of the market and competitors
Confident and out-going personality.
Hands on and pro-active approach.
Capability to deal with volume.
Sound financial acumen.
Strong customer focus.
Good leadership skills.
This Operations Manager position boasts a strong salary of £26,000 plus progression based bonus structure for added incentive.
