This Bedfordshire Country Restaurant mentioned highly in all the guides is seeking to appoint a motivated professional who will assist the owners and delivering a relaxed and slick service.
We have worked with these clients for a number of years and the value of offering superb fresh food, great wine and a smooth service for guest, as always been the main priority.
With success comes the need to move forward and expand. The restaurant was tastefully extended last year adding another 30 covers meaning a busy service will be around 80 covers. However standards of service have not dipped or suffered.
You will need to have similar experience ideally within an award-wining establishment at a senior or deputy level. My clients are particular about the need to find a person who is able to maintain standards, pays attention to details and train and care for the staff. An interest in wine is important, a love of food equally so and the genuine passion of the business foremost.
Set within the Bedfordshire countryside this established Restaurant uses only the best ingredients, serves some great wine and is a relaxed place to eat and enjoy. It is not a Gastro Pub more Country Dining.
