My client the owner of a prestigious Country House Hotel is seeking to appoint a new Operations Manager who will not only oversee the day to day running of the establishment but also seek with the owner new business and improvements in service.
This stimulating Operations Manager post located within an affluent area in East Anglia will require an experienced Manager whose knowledge covers all areas of the Hotel and past history shows the ability to increase business and control costs.
The Country House Hotel enjoys brisk trade and possesses a first rate reputation for serving award winning food within the restaurant, terrace and small function/wedding suite.
Your duties will include
Day to day running of the 18 bedroom Country House
Liasing with the owner to ensure profitability
Increasing turnover
Fully utilising the facilities of the Hotel
Making management decisions
Ensuring standards are maintained to required standards
It is vital that you are have the experience of working within the private Hotel sector and are fully familiar the Hotel industry.
Overall this rare post would suit a first rate all rounder who understands business requirements.
