Ideally located in central Peterborough, easily accessible and with a large passing trade, this ornate and opulent townhouse hotel is eagerly looking for a passionate, experienced and creative Head Chef to join the team.
As Head Chef you will be at the forefront of this exciting Hotel & Restaurant in motivating the kitchen team in delivering fresh seasonal cuisine, focusing on locally sourced produce to the many guests.
Boasting an array of well presented boutique rooms, this stunning hotel is very popular with weddings and various functions, therefore the ideal Head Chef will have a background in both busy restaurant service, conference and banqueting be from a similar Hotel background.
