This Executive Head Chef position is available for an experienced individual who has knowledge of producing fresh seasonal cuisine to a consistent high standard within an award winning luxury Norfolk operation.
This rare and promising Executive Head Chef role in one on Norfolk most respected and established rosette awarded coastal boutique hotels.
Clear Selection are working on behalf of our retained Client in looking for an Executive Head Chef to assist the existing Head Chef to oversee menu design, kitchen management and make improvements to food quality and training.
We are keen to find someone but have no deadline, this vacancy is all about finding the right Executive Head Chef candidate, we have the luxury of waiting for the right person.
Experience Required
- Previous Head Chef or Executive Head Chef experience
- A strong structured CV
- Knowledge of managing staff, GP’s, Profit and Loss etc
- Must have excellent experience in high calibre operations
- Experience within operations of at least 1 AA rosette/four star or higher
- Must have proven record of excellence
- Ideally achieved accolades under your supervision
Executive Head Chef Package
- £32,000 package
- Performance related bonus
- Financial target based incentive scheme
