The position for Chef De Partie is working within a large kitchen in a restaurant environment with a brigade of 8, this establishment is highly popular with returning visitors daily, the operation also offers a retail experience to many and provides occasional evening entertainment. As chef de partie you will be looking for a long term position where you can grow as a chef and continual learning new techniques and modern trends, the Head Chef is of a high calibre and is passionate about getting the best out of his team. With accolades and always seeking to raise the game this Head Chef will support, manage and mentor his team effectively. A superb opportunity for a budding Chef De Partie wanting great hours – Due to location you MUST have your own transport.
