This is a very rare one, after complete refurbishment my client is eager to find a superb Head Chef who will take what is best local and seasonal and create exciting food for the 60 cover restaurant, bar and in the summer south facing terrace.
We are talking new kitchen, new restaurant and the opportunity to create yourself a reputation. Please note my retained client is seeking a true “fresh food” chef
Obviously this opportunity to going to need a Head Chef with bucket full's of experience, bags of ideas and one hell of a culinary brain. You will ideally have experience of working within a similar environment, be keen to progress forward and have a true love of cooking and ingredients. Couple this with the ability to control a kitchen, produce a sensible gross profit and train your team.
Located in Lincolnshire countryside and after a full top to tail refurbishment, this is a truly wonderful prospect.
