Pastry Chef – Sea Facing Hotel, Suffolk up to £20- £22k

Clear selection are looking for a creative Pastry Chef for a well known hotel on the Suffolk Coast, cooking Rosette food in a busy environment, salary up to £26,000 and live in a possibility.

The Company:

Privately owned family run 3 star hotel on the Suffolk Coast, with a 2 rosette restaurant serving traditional British cuisine.

The Role;

•Clear Selection are seeking a competent and self sufficient Pastry Chef to join this brigade of chefs, serving fresh seasonal produce using local suppliers from East Anglia in their busy rosette restaurant.

•As Pastry Chef, you will have complete running of the pastry section, being responsible for the daily preparation and baking of breads, scones and desserts.

•Ideal candidates will come from a similar hotel background where they are used to producing beautiful dishes from scratch, with an excellent eye for detail.

•Working in a team of 7.

•Mix of shift patterns, 48+hrs a week
•Salary is up to £22k for the right candidate + Excellent tips

•Live in available in neighbouring town at £50.00 per week + bills

Looking for a Pastry Chef who;

•Has rosette experience in a busy kitchen environment
•Has initiative and is responsible enough to run their own section.
•Is passionate about pastry and a keen baker.
•Can produce good quality fresh food in a high stress environment
•Is aware and compliant with all aspects of Health & Safety.
