Our Chef Training Division was formed on 2002 and works closely with our Consultancy Division in offering a bespoke training service nationwide.

We fully understand the need to make any training programme useful, constructive and enjoyable, so whether it is a young chef who needs guidance or a senior member who is slightly jaded and needing some new input the results can be great.

Our ability to use a wide selection of chefs ensures that the quality of training will be exact to your requirements.

We also specialise in creating new menus alongside existing teams or new starts in operations large and small and have the skill to create menus that are geared towards your market, cost effective and sympathetic to your kitchen capabilities.
