It offers an excellent way to maintain standards and is useful to check out new members of staff or constant guest complaints.

The service is simple we visit, we eat and drink like any other customer, we advise the client and present you with a report, not a table of scores. We are able to customise our visit to the exact requirements of the client to home in on possible points of concern if requested.
