Wayne Lawless - Director

Wayne first started training as a Chef and then switched to studying Hotel Management. After attaining an HND in Hotel Management, he decided to join a Michelin Star restaurant, as a Commis Chef. Quite a start.

After enjoying his career in Hotels and Restaurants throughout the UK, he was persuaded by Teresa, in 1996, to form a specialist Recruitment Company. Which would not only make use of his skills as an award winning Head Chef and Restaurateur, but also feed his strive for perfection.

He offers clients a down-to-earth approach to business and is very approachable - if you care to call him.

Teresa Jones - Director

Teresa started her career with Fisons Pharmaceuticals and then spent a period of over 9 years working for Chartered Trust Bank Plc in various Senior roles.

She became Director of The Clear Selection Group in 1996 and forms a strong partnership with Wayne. She helps lead the company forward and plots the companies pathway to success. She also enjoys fast cars.

Jemma Kebbell - Temps Division

After a very successful career in Sales and Hospitality Management, including a period at ITFC, in 2006 we persuaded Jemma to make a move to join The Clear Selection Group.

She is a tremendous asset to the team, offering a great understanding of client's needs and requirements and offers a composed approach, to which sometimes, can be a hectic Division.

Lauran Percy - Office Manager

Lauran began working with us in 2005 and has never looked backed. She controls the admin side of the office, plans the finer details with Wayne and offers valuable support to the Consultants.

Ian Baldry

Ian joined The Clear Selection Group in early 2008, where he was slotted into the Recruitment Division, to fully utilise his skills and knowledge.

He has a wealth of culinary and operational experience. Couple this with several ski seasons working and snowboarding and a positive attitude towards work, he is pretty much near perfect.
