I’m looking for a commis/trainee chef who is looking to step into their next role as Chef De Partie at a renowned hotel in Norfolk.

The Company:

Independently owned hotel and restaurant, situated in one of Norfolk’s popular seaside towns.

In a nutshell:

We are looking for a Chef with a passion for food and the willingness to learn and develop into their next position, through training and support. This role will be focussed around the Larder and Sauce side of the kitchen, working in a team of 5 chefs, producing quality food, made from local ingredients.

The Role:

•Chef De Partie
•£18-20,000 + tips
•Live in on offer for small monthly fee
•45 hours a week, mix of shifts covering evenings and weekends
•Team of 5
•Covers 40-60 winter/ 100+ summer.

Looking for a Chef who:

•Has Catering NQV’s or similar and is looking a role within a professional kitchen
•Has a positive attitude
•Loves food and wants to extend their knowledge
•Is flexible and willing to learn.
•Is hard-working, enthusiastic and a good team player
•Will work under the guidance and instruction of the Head /Sous Chef
•Is clean, neat and tidy in their work and has good food hygiene practices
•Is keen to learn and progress within the industry
